Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Electronics

  Carefully place the item in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once our technicians verify the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
